Wilderness week is for the more outdoorsy, rugged type who prefer a bed of pine needles to a comfy cot! This session will be offered for teens ages 13-16.
Enjoy this canoe trip camping experience in the wilderness of the Algonquin highlands. Along with the daily devotionals and discussions, you will learn great new skills like basic canoe skills, making a fire, water purification, and generally how to survive in the wilderness. Expect challenge, laughter, faith, and memories that will last long after the campfire burns out.
Please note; the first day at camp will be spent doing canoe safety training as well as trip preparation on campfire property. We will leave campfire for Algonquin highlands on Tuesday and return to camp on Friday. Pick up will be on Saturday
