Hey everyone! My name is Chloe Broersma. I will be serving at camp this summer as Jr. Staff and assistant lifeguard.
At camp I go by Pipsqueak. Because I have been blessed to have Campfire in my life for longer than I can remember, Pipsqueak was the camp name given to me when I was nine months old. Pip actually means small and insignificant. Even though I may only be a small part of what goes on at camp, God can use me (and all the other staff, volunteers, and campers) in big ways this summer.
This last year I have been at Guido de Bres Christian Highschool. I am in grade 10 and enjoy participating in the band and choir. I have also been able to volunteer at the Streetlight Kid’s Club throughout the past couple years.
This coming summer I am looking forward to helping provide a fun-filled, safe time in the pool, as well as an exciting, Christ-centred time in all activities at camp. I can’t wait to sing, pray, and experience God’s goodness with all of you!
