EVENTS (No accommodation; full use of all facilities) – $650/day
WEDDING PACKAGE: $1200 (full use of facilities, full use of Campfire inventory including tables, chairs, dishes etc., preparation meetings with the Property Manager, decorating one day prior to event and cleaning one day after event)
**$200 extra fee if Property Manager sets up tables and chairs
**$200 extra fee if Property Manager takes down tables and chairs
**$26/pp/night option for guests to sleep over before and after wedding
HOURLY FEE – $35/hour (minimum of 2 hours; maximum 4 hours; use of Lodge only)
LODGING (Includes use of all facilities; cabins will be allotted according to the size of the group; any extra cabins used will require a $50/night/cabin surcharge)
WEEKENDS (Friday – Sunday) – $26/pp/night
* children 3 years and under stay free
** rate capped at $2000/night
*** $500 minimum fee required/night
MIDWEEK (Monday – Thursday) – $20/pp/night
* children 3 years and under stay free
** rate capped at $1500/night
*** $450 minimum fee required/night
HOLIDAY RATE – $26.00/pp/night
*children 3 years and under stay free
**rate capped at $2000/night
***$500 minimum fee required/night
POOL & SPLASH PAD RATE – $100/day
*pool safety is the responsibility of the rental group
SOUND SYSTEM: (full large screen, DVD player, overhead projector, wireless mic, and an audio/video apple box) – $50/rental
ALL RESERVATIONS REQUIRE A $500 DEPOSIT. YOUR SPACE IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL RECEIPT OF THE DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED BY OUR CAMP ADMINISTRATOR.
YOU WILL BE INVOICED AFTER YOUR EVENT AND YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE SUBTRACTED FROM YOUR TOTAL BILL IF EVERYTHING IS LEFT CLEAN AND IN ORDER. IF THERE IS DAMAGE, OR THE FACILITIES ARE LEFT DIRTY, A CERTAIN AMOUNT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE DEPOSIT.
RESERVATIONS ARE ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS.
EVERY GROUP MUST REGISTER THROUGH A CONTACT PERSON WHOSE MINIMUM AGE IS 21 YEARS.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO RULE ON ALL BOOKINGS.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE FOR ANY DAMAGES INCURRED DURING YOUR STAY.
YOUR DEPOSIT IS REFUNDABLE UP TO 2 MONTHS PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED EVENT. THEREAFTER, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED – OR TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER DATE – ONLY IF A REPLACEMENT BOOKING IS TAKEN FOR YOUR ORIGINAL RESERVATION DATE.

The rental party agrees to abide by the attached rental guidelines, terms and conditions and agrees to pay the appropriate fee as outlined herein. The rental party acknowledges that all or part of the deposit paid may be non-refundable as set out above.
The rental party acknowledges that they will be using the facilities entirely at their own risk and agrees that they shall make no claim or demand against Campfire! Summer Bible Camp or its employees and agents for injuries, including injuries resulting in death or loss, or damage to property, suffered or sustained by the rental party during their use of the facilities, and hereby waives as against Campfire! Summer Bible Camp and its employees and agents all such claims or demands.
The rental party acknowledges that Campfire! Summer Bible Camp does not bind property damage or liability insurance in respect of the use of the facilities by the rental party or in respect of any of the property of the rental party, including automobiles, which the rental party brings to the facilities. The rental party agrees that it will bind for its own account, whatever policy of insurance it deems advisable in respect of such liability or damage to property. The rental party shall further indemnify and save harmless Campfire! Summer Bible Camp from and against any and all damage or expense suffered or incurred by Campfire! Summer Bible Camp or its employees and agents and from all claims, demands, awards, actions and proceedings by whomsoever made, brought or prosecuted, arising out of the use by rental party of the facilities.
The individual signing this rental application on behalf of the rental party agrees that, while he or she shall have primary responsibility for the conduct of the rental party during its stay at the facilities, the undersigned individual has advised all members of the rental party of the guidelines, terms and conditions hereof and that all members of the rental party shall be directly responsible to Campfire! Summer Bible Camp in respect of any of the matters described herein.
